Pay: $28.00–$34.00 per hour (DOE)

Gleeson Constructors & Engineers is looking for dependable, hardworking Carpenters to join our team for a construction project at Hormel Foods in Alma, Kansas. This job will last 6 months, with the possibility of moving on to the next project with us.

Overtime available. Working 6 days, 7 days of per diem.

What You'll Do

\n
• Remove existing racking and assist with demolition
\n
• Install temporary containment walls
\n
• Saw cut and remove existing concrete slabs
\n
• Form, place, and finish concrete
\n
• Install stainless steel bollards
\n
• Install new galvanized racking
\n
• Caulk concrete curbs and complete finish work
\n
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
\n
• Work alongside experienced superintendents and skilled trades to deliver a quality project on schedule
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Commercial or industrial construction experience preferred
\n
• Concrete forming and finishing experience is a plus
\n
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
\n
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
\n
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in an active construction environment
\n
• Commitment to safety and producing quality work
\n
