Full Time Position
\nFriday - Sunday
\n7:00pm - 7:00am
\n\n
Performs computerized imaging, knowledge of all equipment and monitors. Assist patients and physicians as needed.
Qualifications: \nRequired Education: High School Diploma or GED
\n\n
Preferred Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology.
\n\n
Necessary Skills:
\n1. Knowledge of computer software and ability to troubleshoot.
\n2. Ability to provide physical and/or psychological support to patients screening and patient limitations.
\n\n
Required Licensure/Certifications:
\n**BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
\n**A minimum of one of the following license qualification/certification combinations:
\nLicense qualification/certification combination 1:
\nFL DOH license qualification: General Radiographer or Radiologist Assistant
\nCertification/registration: ARRT (R) Radiography. Within 1 year of hire or transfer into position must obtain ARRT (CT) Computed Tomography.
\n\n
License qualification/certification combination 2:
\nFL DOH license qualification: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
\nCertification/registration: ARRT (N) Nuclear Medicine Technology -OR- NMTCB, -AND- ARRT (CT) Computed Tomography
\n\n
License qualification/certification combination 3:
\nFL DOH license qualification: Radiation Therapy Technologist
\nCertification/registration: ARRT (T) Radiation Therapy -AND- ARRT (CT) Computed Tomography
\n\n
License qualification/certification combination 4:
\nFL DOH license qualification: General Radiographer, Radiologist Assistant, or Computed Tomography Certification/registration: ARRT (R) Radiography -AND- ARRT (CT) Computed Tomography
\n\n
Required Experience: Less than one year in computerized imaging (CT, x-ray, nuclear medicine, or radiation therapy), or graduate of a post-secondary CT certification program.
\n\n
Preferred Experience: One year of radiology experience within Diagnostic Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy, or MRI and graduate of a post-secondary CT certification program or 1 year of CT imaging experience.
