Location: Newark, DE
Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to enhance our primary care services and accessibility initiatives in the Delaware region.
We operate a comprehensive Family Medicine Center dedicated to providing primary care to a medically underserved demographic in Newark, with a particular emphasis on the Latino community. Our practice prioritizes culturally competent care, supported by a bilingual team devoted to delivering inclusive, patient-focused services.

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine.
Must be eligible for licensure in Delaware.

Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
Focus on preventive care and population health management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Ensure timely and accurate medical documentation.
Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives.
Full-time position with 36 patient-facing hours.
Flexible scheduling options available.
On-call duties on a 1:2 call schedule, phone-only.

Many of our cancer programs hold accreditation from the Commission on Cancer, and our breast programs are recognized by the NAPBC, as well as designated as Breast Cancer Imaging Centers of Excellence. Additionally, several of our hospitals are acknowledged as Lung Cancer Screening Centers of Excellence.
