Join our dynamic Urology team as a full-time provider at a leading medical center in Richland, Washington. Collaborate with three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) in a fast-paced environment. Your role will encompass responsibilities such as emergency department call, assisting in the operating room, and working in an outpatient clinic. Become part of a supportive and collegial team while enjoying a well-balanced schedule in the sunny southeast region of Washington.

  • Starting bonuses: $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with 36 hours dedicated to patient care.
  • Utilization of: Robotics-assisted technology.
  • Preferred experience: Background in Urology and operating room settings.
  • Role includes: Rotating responsibilities in clinic, inpatient care, emergency department, and first assist duties.
  • Loan forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
  • Student debt support: Access to expert advice at no cost.
  • Compensation range: Between $138,712 and $184,404 annually.
  • Compensation details: May include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses. Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
