We currently have an opening in Modesto for a full-time associate attorney who will work directly with case managers/paralegals to help clients recover compensation for injuries caused by the fault of others.\n
\n
\nCandidates must have a strong work ethic and a passion to advocate for our clients.\n
\n
\nDuties include:\n
\n
\n* Client interviews\n
\n* Communicating with insurance adjusters, medical providers, other attorneys and experts\n
\n* Negotiating settlements\n
\n* Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop successful case handling strategies\n
\n* Litigation responsibilities: Drafting complaints/answers, motions, discovery requests/responses, preparing legal briefs and correspondence.\n
\n
\nRequired:\n

\n* CA State bar license\n
\n* Bilingual (Spanish)\n
\n* Reliable transportation\n
\n
