  • Single-location practice - focused on clinic-based care

    • 4 Family Medicine physicians
    • 3 Advanced Practice Providers

  • Shared call responsibilities - phone consultations only, with nurse triage assistance

Compensation & Benefits
  • Two-Year Income Guarantee: $290,100 annually
  • Bonus Package: $150,000
  • Incentives based on production
  • Relocation assistance up to $15,000
