Our team of 30 faculty members is dedicated to mentoring and training future healthcare leaders, ensuring a legacy of excellence in patient care and education.

  • Impacting the Community

As the referral center for the Inland Empire, we deliver comprehensive care for women facing complex obstetric and gynecologic issues. With over 4000 babies delivered annually, our faculty collaborates closely with specialists in the largest NICU in the region, integrating pediatric surgery, cardiology, and other specialties to provide tailored multidisciplinary care for each family.

Through our partnership with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we offer essential OBGYN services to underserved individuals and families. This collaboration underscores our commitment to addressing health disparities and providing compassionate care to the most vulnerable members of our community.

  • Work-Life Balance

Our department understands the significance of flexibility in maintaining balance and well-being. Faculty members can choose reduced work schedules with corresponding salary adjustments or pursue additional productivity to enhance their earnings.

We also uphold a manageable call structure with capped 24-hour shifts and recovery days following calls. A planned laborist program will further alleviate call burdens, offering greater flexibility and support for faculty.

Professional Growth and Development
  • Research and Education

Our department prioritizes excellence in teaching and innovation in clinical practice, aimed at enhancing patient lives. Our expertise in surgical and clinical education supports an exceptional residency training program. Faculty collaborate with residents on research initiatives during their training, contributing to advancements that directly enhance patient care in areas such as hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and placenta accreta spectrum management.

Additionally, engaging in scholarly activities with our subspecialty divisions—including Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility—creates a diverse academic atmosphere.
