Responsibilities
  • Assessing patients' medical histories.
  • Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and addressing patient concerns.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans with specific goals and anticipated outcomes.
  • Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Valid Physical Therapist License in good standing in Washington State.
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
About

Compensation: $85,000 - $103,000 per year, inclusive of productivity incentives, with a potential sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 and additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Our benefits package includes generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
