\n* JD from an accredited law school, admission to the Michigan state bar, and excellent academic credentials\n
\n* Michigan Bar Membership in good standing (required)\n
\n* Command of the rules of evidence and first chair experience\n
\n* Exceptional advocacy, legal research, and analytical skills\n
\n* Minimum of three years in family law litigation with successful case outcomes\n
\n* Strong leadership and case management skills\n
\n* Superior verbal and written communication skills\n
