Summary
CentraCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team working with our Feeding and Eating Team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be a member of our collaborative team of Physicians, Providers, Registered Dietitians, psychologists, pharmacists and Nurses working to provide patient and family-centered care throughout the practice.

  • Part-Time, 0.25 FTE
  • \n
  • Monday- Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm
  • \n
  • No weekends, nights, or Holidays

Pay and Benefits

\n
    \n
  • Salary range: $122,888.06 - $166,890.60 per year\n
      \n
    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
    • \n
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
    • \n
    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

\n
    \n
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • \n
  • Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • \n
  • American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
  • \n
  • Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges
  • \n
  • Must be licensed and willing to see patients of all ages
  • \n
\n

Preferred:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working independently with your own patient panel in one of the following areas:\n
      \n
    • Family Practice
    • \n
    • Eating disorders
    • \n
    • Pediatrics
    • \n
  • \n
\n
