Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology required
- Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret findings
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support to students
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support special education eligibility decisions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student needs and promote positive school climate
- Support Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with all regulations and guidelines
