\n*Skills and Qualifications:*\n

\n* 3-5+ years of experience\n
\n* Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware (or admitted in PA but willing/able waive into or sit for the NJ/DE bar).\n
\n* Strong analytical abilities, excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to manage workload.\n
\n* Candidate should be a self-starter, willing and able to work independently and as a team player.\n
\n* Excellent attention to detail.\n
\n* Experience with Arbitrations, depositions, and discovery is ideal.\n
