Robotic Engineering Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA, for a Engineering Manager. The individual in this role will lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge robotic systems. Key responsibilities include managing engineering teams, defining system requirements, overseeing system design, and ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards. The role also involves overseeing project timelines, facilitating communication among cross-functional teams, and driving the successful deployment of robotic solutions to meet customers' needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Systems Engineering, Systems Design, and Requirements Management

• Proficiency in 3D CAD Design (e.g: Solid Works, Catia, etc)

• Experience in Program Management and the ability to oversee complex engineering projects

• Strong leadership and Engineering Management skills to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities

• Proven track record of delivering successful robotic or automation projects

• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and emerging technologies in robotics

• Relevant degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree is a plus

• Prior experience in the manufacturing or automation sectors preferred
