Shift Differentials: Evening (EVE) and Night (NOC)

Our organization operates Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) that offer:
- Long-term care for residents requiring ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance
- Short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through personal interaction. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain their highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans based on any changes in the patient's condition. Daily, you will also provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Current licensure/registration in the applicable state. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current throughout employment.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
- Communicate effectively and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team
