Tire Technicians operate in a dynamic setting, ensuring a clean and friendly atmosphere. You will engage with customers and drivers from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their travel experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation ranging from $18.50 to $23.00 per hour
- Manage the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including for commercial vehicles, both in-shop and on the road.
- Oversee equipment repairs and maintain the cleanliness of the store facility, including general housekeeping tasks.
- Capable of lifting and moving over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols.
- Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (cost covered by the organization).
