- Fright Fest Hiring Event: August 7 from 4-7pm & August 8 from 11-3pm \n

\n\nResponsibilities:\n
- \n
- Creating and/or impersonating licensed and non-licensed characters \n
- Learning and memorizing scripts, dialogue, choreography, and blocking \n
- Maintaining show consistency and executing each performance as directed \n
- Interacting and engaging with guests to create a fun and enjoyable experience \n
- Maintaining “show illusion” and belief of character at all times for our guests \n
- Caring for and maintaining upkeep of costumes, props, and accessories \n
- May require specific costuming and makeup \n
- Appearing at off property events \n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment \n
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies \n
- Assisting in other areas of the Entertainment department. \n
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned \n
\nQualifications:\n
- \n
- Previous dancing, singing and/or acting experience \n
- Strong acting personality and presence, and ability to relate to children and families well \n
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety \n
- Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner \n
- Ability to work independently with little supervision \n
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time in costume \n
- Sense of fun \n
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays \n
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc. \n
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language \n
- 16 years old or older \n
