Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager will play a crucial role in guiding our HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this position will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The candidate must have strong, hands-on recruitment leadership with a track record of building pipelines and closing roles internally SHRM certification is highly preferred Demonstrate excellent communication skills A true model of excellence, high standards, accountability, and discretion Onsite position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM On-call availability required, 24/7, as this is a leadership role supporting operations that run around the clock This role is not just administrative.
