About Our PracticeLocated at 1444 Western Avenue, Suite B, Albany, NY, our Internal and Family Medicine practice provides a range of essential healthcare services, including:
- Annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance purposes
- Care for illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
- Preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations
- Health and wellness services, including cancer screenings

QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Valid New York State licensure
- DEA registration required
- Strong enthusiasm for providing Primary Care
We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
- Base compensation ranging from $250,000 to $260,000
- This salary reflects the starting range and does not include potential productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift pay, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Please note that this range is compliant with state regulations and may vary based on specific factors.
- Sign-on bonus of up to $75,000
- Retention bonus of $25,000
- Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on
