As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will be vital in delivering exceptional care to patients in critical situations. Your skills and leadership will be crucial in navigating the fast-paced ER environment.
- Deliver direct patient care within the Emergency Department
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Leverage your charge nurse experience to guide and support the nursing staff
- Keep precise and thorough patient documentation
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
- Valid Washington State nursing license or a multi-state license with approved 6-hour suicide prevention training
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
- Familiarity with Meditech is advantageous but not mandatory
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered)
