Step into a pivotal role supporting students in grades 7th through 12th as a School Psychologist on a contract assignment scheduled from August 24th, 2026, to June 11th, 2027. This position is near Berwyn, IL, and is ideal for professionals who are passionate about providing vital psychological services within an educational setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential or certification meeting state requirements
  • Prior experience with students in secondary school environments highly desirable
  • Extensive knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and special education guidelines
  • Proficiency with IEP documentation, evaluations, and compliance within educational settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Complete all initial and re-evaluation paperwork and conduct testing for IEPs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer assessments and interpret data to guide eligibility and educational planning
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and monitor IEP goals
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure strict adherence to special education regulations
  • Provide possible direct student support, including counseling or intervention services as needed
