SPECIALIST I / WATER TECHNICIAN SPECIALIST

Bellefonte Borough is accepting applications for a full-time Water
Technician Specialist I / Water Technician Specialist in the Public Works - Water Department. Classification will be based on
qualifications, certifications, and experience.

The position performs installation, maintenance, and repair of Borough water and sanitary sewer infrastructure; operates heavy equipment;
maintains meters,hydrants, pumps, and related facilities; and
performs other Water Department duties.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Applicants must meet
applicable CDL and certification requirements. Water treatment/
distribution experience is preferred; entry-level candidates may be
considered.
