Electrophysiology Cardiologist
Job Description
Become a part of a cutting-edge facility as a full-time Electrophysiology Cardiologist in Richland, Washington. Join a highly skilled team that benefits from strong support from physician leadership. In this position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group committed to serving a diverse patient population. This well-established team includes three electrophysiologists, four interventional cardiologists, five general cardiologists, advanced practice clinicians (APCs), and support staff, along with specialized programs for TAVR and heart failure. Position Overview:
- Full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule, including time for administrative tasks
- Onsite device clinic
- Comprehensive onboarding and outstanding mentorship
- Team of three electrophysiologists, with one set to retire at the end of 2026
- Two electrophysiology labs, with a hybrid lab planned for 2027
- 1:1 ratio of APCs to electrophysiologists
- Pulsed field ablation available for treating atrial fibrillation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual compensation ranging from $712,517 to $989,480

The listed compensation may include incentives based on productivity or quality/service, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be available for providers.

- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
