Job Description
Are you passionate about building relationships, providing guidance, and helping clients achieve their long-term goals? We are seeking a Wealth Management & Investment Advisor to join a growing team in Tucson, AZ.
What You'll Do
-Build and maintain strong client relationships
-Participate in client and advisory meetings
-Present recommendations and explain investment positioning to clients
-Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and investment strategies
-Support portfolio implementation across multiple platforms
-Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
-Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and support decision-making
-Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
-Strong relationship-building and communication skills
-Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
-Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner
-Experience with investment platforms, portfolio management tools, or advisory technology is a plus
-Advanced Excel skills preferred
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-CFA, CFP, Series 65, Series 7/66, or similar credentials are a plus
