Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of specialized machinery to produce high-quality packaging products. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment, such as Beamsaw, Upcut saw, Drill Press and Band saw
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Carefully follow production schedules and quality control procedures to meet customer specifications
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient manufacturing process
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Working Conditions:
This position involves working in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, vibrations, and physical demands such as standing for extended periods, lifting, and operating machinery. The schedule may include shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet production demands.
