Willman & Silvaggio, LLP, a mid-sized Pittsburgh based law firm with an excellent reputation as a leader in Toxic Tort , Product Lability , Insurance Defense and General liability matters, is in search of a full time Associate Attorney to join our distinguished defense litigation team, with a primary focus on asbestos litigation .\n

\n*The ideal candidate will*:\n

\n* Possess a strong interest in litigation including deposition and oral argument participation\n
\n
\n* Be capable of efficiently managing assignments/cases and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment\n
\n
\n* Have a proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications\n
\n
\n* Have an active Pennsylvania Bar admission; West Virginia admittance a plus\n
\n
\n*Have deposition, oral argument, and trial experience (a plus but not necessary)\n
\n
\n*Have a commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism\n
\n
\n*Be willing and able to work cooperatively, as well as independently\n
\n
\n*Have strong writing, as well as fact and legal research skills\n
\n
