Become a part of one of the largest and most esteemed health systems in the country, and discover what it truly means to thrive. Our organization is looking for an OB/GYN Physician to join our physician-led medical team and provide care at the Aurora Grafton Medical Center located in Grafton, WI.
Position Highlights
  • Collaborate with a team of 11 Physicians
  • Main office situated in North Milwaukee, featuring a comprehensive multi-specialty clinic
  • Deliveries and surgeries conducted at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, WI, just 20 minutes from our Milwaukee clinic and 10 minutes from our Mequon clinic
  • Level 2 NICU with approximately 1,000 deliveries each year
  • On-call schedule of 1:12
  • Robust support staff including RNs and MAs
  • A highly dedicated and collaborative team environment
  • Access to specialists in Gyn/Onc, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Special Care Nursery, and robotic surgery
  • Utilization of EPIC EMR system
  • Be part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines
  • Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature
  • Work in an environment committed to providing safe and equitable care for all patients
  • Annual compensation of $406,000
Required Qualifications
  • Valid medical license in Wisconsin
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN
