OB/GYN Physician - Grafton, WI
Job Description
- Collaborate with a team of 11 Physicians
- Main office situated in North Milwaukee, featuring a comprehensive multi-specialty clinic
- Deliveries and surgeries conducted at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, WI, just 20 minutes from our Milwaukee clinic and 10 minutes from our Mequon clinic
- Level 2 NICU with approximately 1,000 deliveries each year
- On-call schedule of 1:12
- Robust support staff including RNs and MAs
- A highly dedicated and collaborative team environment
- Access to specialists in Gyn/Onc, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Special Care Nursery, and robotic surgery
- Utilization of EPIC EMR system
- Be part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines
- Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature
- Work in an environment committed to providing safe and equitable care for all patients
- Annual compensation of $406,000
- Valid medical license in Wisconsin
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Relocation assistance available up to $12,000
