Position: Clinic Director/Physical Therapist
Employment Type: Full-time
Annual Salary: $85,000 - $110,000
Location: Tallahassee, Florida
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 available

Your success will be driven by:
- Assessing patients' medical histories
- Delivering exceptional one-on-one care, averaging 40 minutes per patient
- Diagnosing conditions through observation and patient feedback
- Creating personalized treatment plans with defined goals and expected outcomes
- Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
- Current Florida PT license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong dedication to patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Desire to contribute positively to our clinic's culture
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation available for certifications. Benefits encompass generous time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
