Position: Clinic Director/Physical Therapist

Employment Type: Full-time

Annual Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

Location: Tallahassee, Florida

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 available

Responsibilities

Your success will be driven by:

  • Assessing patients' medical histories
  • Delivering exceptional one-on-one care, averaging 40 minutes per patient
  • Diagnosing conditions through observation and patient feedback
  • Creating personalized treatment plans with defined goals and expected outcomes
  • Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
  • Current Florida PT license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong dedication to patient-centered, evidence-based care
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation available for certifications. Benefits encompass generous time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
