Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold an active Illinois School Psychologist certification
• Possess a valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
• Familiarity with assessment, consultation, and intervention strategies for young learners
• Comfortable traveling between multiple school districts
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for elementary students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver both individual and group counseling as needed
• Advise on effective behavioral, academic, and social-emotional interventions
• Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and prevention initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings across three districts to support student growth
