Full Time Preferred | Monday-Friday | Guaranteed 1st year salary of $540,000 with 30% bonus on collections above $1.8M (pro-rated for part time)
\nThe Krupp Center is a leading provider of oral, dental, maxillofacial, and cosmetic surgery in the greater Baltimore area. We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (ABOMS) to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a well-established, high-volume practice with a strong support team and a commitment to clinical excellence.
\nWhat You'll Do:

- Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with precision and care \n
- Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide pre- and post-operative care \n
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and imaging \n
- Collaborate closely with surgical assistants and front office staff to ensure optimal patient experience \n
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation \n
- Stay current on advancements and best practices in the field \n
What We're Looking For:
\n- \n
- ABOMS Diplomate or active ABOMS candidate status \n
- Unrestricted Maryland dental license \n
- ACLS and DEA certification \n
- Experience with complex oral surgery cases \n
- Strong knowledge of oral anatomy and patient assessment \n
- Proficiency with dental office software (experience with DSN preferred) \n
- A team player with a patient-first attitude and high clinical standards \n
- Required to maintain Hospital Privileges, call not required \n
Schedule: Full Time Preferred, Part Time considered

- The office is open Monday to Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm \n
Compensation and Benefits:

- Guaranteed 1st year salary of $540,000 with 30% bonus on collections above $1.8M (pro-rated for part-time) \n
- 4 weeks vacation \n
- CE and licensure allowance \n
- Malpractice allowance, OMSNIC preferred \n
- Health Insurance \n
- 401K Employer Contribution: 3% of compensation when eligible per plan \n
