We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Physician to become part of our Primary Care Union Lake Office, situated in the southeastern region of Michigan. Opportunity Overview
- Position Type: Full Time - 1.0 FTE
- Schedule: 36 hours during office hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with plans to extend hours to 7 PM on two weeknights), Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (once a month).
- Location: Primary Care - Union Lake
- Specialty: Primary Care
- Team Size: 4 providers
- Teaching Opportunities: Involvement with MSU community medical students and AIM residents
- Call Requirements: Participation in a larger family medicine call pool, with one weeknight per month from 5 PM to 8 AM the following morning; one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per quarter from 8 AM to 8 AM

Qualifications
- Physicians must be board certified or board eligible
- Active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Responsibilities
A typical day may involve:
- Delivering direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Engaging in teaching and mentoring activities
- Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health initiatives
