Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Create and document care plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses.
• React promptly to critical situations with appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy, accurately and safely.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe environment while adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
• BLS certification is required or must be obtained within one month of hire.
• ACLS certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
