Specialty: Primary Care Can take ABIM/ABFM Coverage Needs: Need ASAP - Ongoing Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Setting: VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Outpatient Primary Care Adult Veteran Population Census: 12-18 pts per day Support Staff: Dedicated RN/LPN and Medical Assistant Integrated Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Social Work, and Care Coordination Support On-site Laboratory and Ancillary Services Procedures: Annual wellness visits Chronic disease management Acute sick visits Preventive care Medication management EMR: Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) transitioning to Oracle Health (Cerner) Board Certification: Board Certified or Eligible Travel: Looking for commutable candidates ideally but will be open to travel considerations Credentialing timeline: Approx 6-10 weeks Requirements: Any Active state license Active DEA in OH or willing to transfer BLS, ACLS Must have clean background
