Pay: $23-$24/hr | Schedule: Monday through Friday

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Denver, CO 80233. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism.

· Complete work orders efficiently and professionally

· Perform general maintenance tasks, including:

o Basic plumbing repairs

o Electrical troubleshooting

o Appliance diagnostics and repair

o Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep

· Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation

· Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

· Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude

· Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

· Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

· Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions

· Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

· Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented

· Strong communication and customer service skills
