We are excited to invite you to apply for a full-time OB/GYN position at our clinic located in Richland, Washington. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates, as you will collaborate with a large, supportive team comprising 8 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers (APPs). Our facility includes an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), a Perinatal Center, and a Fertility Clinic, making it a vibrant environment for professional growth. Our busy OB/GYN group handles over 2,700 deliveries annually, allowing you to be part of a collegial atmosphere in a thriving practice while enjoying a balanced lifestyle along the scenic Columbia River.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Care Settings: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Patient Panel: Opportunity to establish your own
• Technology: Access to 2 Da Vinci Robots
• Sign-On Bonus: $90,000 with an additional $15,000 for relocation assistance
• New Graduates: Encouraged to apply; experience is advantageous
• Sponsorship: J1 waiver and H1-B sponsorship available, with expert immigration counsel provided
• Loan Forgiveness: As a non-profit organization, we qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
• Compensation: Ranges from $375,745 to $487,670 annually
• Benefits: Includes health, vision, dental, and retirement plans
• Additional Compensation: May include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable. CME benefits may also be available.
