Join a thriving family-run business as a Product Development Manager. This pivotal role places you on the Senior Leadership Team, where you will lead and shape the future of the company's Product Development capabilities.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
• Lead and develop the company's product portfolio, including New Product Development and enhancement of existing products.
\n
• Innovate on how current products can be introduced into new markets.
\n
• Provide technical direction to ensure products meet customer requirements and operational capability.
\n
• Support business decision-making through strong technical knowledge.
\n
• Lead a team of 3, including R&D and Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering, ideally at a degree level.
\n
• Proven experience in bringing new products to market.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams.
\n
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic decision-making skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience in HVAC, industrial products, and technically complex manufacturing environments would be advantageous.
