Role
\nWe are seeking an experienced and client-focused Financial Adviser to join our growing financial planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, regulated financial advice to individuals and/or businesses, helping clients achieve their financial goals through tailored financial planning strategies. This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain long-term client relationships within a supportive and professional environment, with strong administrative and paraplanning support.
\nResponsibilities:

- Provide regulated Financial Advice across Pensions, Investments, Protection & Tax planning \n
- Conduct detailed fact-finding meetings with new and existing clients \n
- Develop and present bespoke financial plans and recommendations \n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews \n
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of retention and service \n
- Work closely with Paraplanners and Administrators to ensure efficient delivery of advice \n
- Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal procedures \n
- Identify opportunities for new business and referrals \n
- Keep up to date with financial markets, products, and regulatory changes \n
Skills & Experience Required:

- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 ) \n
- CAS (Competent Adviser Status) preferred \n
- Experience as a Financial Adviser / Wealth Manager / Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) \n
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning areas including Pensions, Investments, and Protection \n
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships \n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills \n
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements \n
- Ability to work independently and manage a client book effectively \n
- Commercial awareness and strong business development skills \n
