Graduate Software Engineer

We're working with a forward-thinking technology company looking to hire a Graduate / Junior Software Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience across a modern infrastructure stack, working on systems that are scalable, secure, and highly available. This is a hybrid role with the requirement to be in the London office 2 days per week. The Role You'll support the reliability and performance of core systems, with responsibilities including:

• Automating and improving DevOps workflows
\n
• Monitoring systems and responding to incidents
\n
• Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and performing root cause analysis
\n
• Supporting secure, scalable deployments
\n
• Collaborating with developers to enhance the deployment process
\n
• Documenting systems and processes
\n

About You

\n
• Strong academic background (Computer Science or similar preferred) - Ideally from Russell Group University
\n
• Experience with Python or another object-oriented language
\n
• Good Linux/UNIX knowledge and interest in infrastructure
\n
• Curious, proactive, and a strong problem solver
\n
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
\n
