First Achieve Engineering Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading precision engineering company for experienced CNC Machinists to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern manufacturing environment producing high-precision components for the Oil & Gas, Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear and Renewable Energy sectors.

The Role

Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines.Manufacture components from engineering drawings.Carry out first-off and in-process inspections.Complete online programming and machine adjustments where required.Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping.Support continuous improvement initiatives.What We're Looking For

Engineering apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years' CNC turning and/or milling experience.Online programming experience.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits
