Flexible working location | £100,000 - £120,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Corporate Benefits We’re partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint a Head of Group Reporting into a pivotal role within an international finance team. This is a newly created opportunity supporting senior the leadership in driving the delivery of high quality financial reporting, providing insight to influence strategic decision-making and implementing process and systems improvement across a complex, multi entity environment. We are looking for someone who has excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong financial reporting capability and with a flair for FP&A.Head of Group Reporting- The Role\n

- Partner with divisional and group finance teams to analyse performance and provide clear, actionable insights for the SLT \n
- Contribution to the organisations wider technology roadmap with a focus on supporting the development of consolidation reporting tools \n
- Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgets and strategic plans \n
- Coordinate reporting cycles, including trading updates and stakeholder deliverables \n
- Leveraging BI tools to provide analysis to the wider divisional teams \n
- Support senior management with presentations, analysis and business-critical insights \n
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems and tools \n

- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) \n
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting \n
- Excellent analytical and data storytelling skills (ideally with BI tools) \n
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment \n
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into insight \n
