Key Responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners with a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters

• Preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and completion statements

• Handling sale and purchase files from instruction through to completion
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
\n
• Conducting searches, Land Registry applications, and post-completion work
\n
• Managing files efficiently using case management systems

• Providing regular updates to clients and ensuring a high level of service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant is essential

• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
