• Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio
\n
• Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing constructive feedback and on-the-job coaching
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the audit process
\n
• Preparing audit files and financial statements to a high standard, ready for Partner review
\n
• Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the growth of the client base
\n

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist stage) with a solid grounding in external audit
\n
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, with the ability to handle complex audit assignments
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in managing client and stakeholder relationships
\n
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ambition to progress within a growing firm
