Real Estate Finance Paralegal

A well-established law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join its busy London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal with previous property or real estate finance experience to support an experienced Partner while developing a long-term career within a highly regarded finance team.

The successful Real Estate Finance Paralegal will join a respected law firm with a strong reputation for advising on a wide range of real estate finance matters. The team offers excellent mentoring, quality work and genuine opportunities for career progression within a collaborative environment.

As the Real Estate Finance Paralegal you will support a Partner on a varied caseload of property finance transactions.

The role will include:

* Assisting with real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion* Drafting legal documents and correspondence* Conducting legal research and due diligence* Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties* Preparing completion documents and managing transaction files* Monitoring key deadlines and maintaining case management systems* Providing administrative and legal support throughout transactions

You will be an organised and proactive individual with a genuine interest in property finance.

The Real Estate Finance Paralegal must have:

* Previous paralegal experience, ideally within Real Estate Finance or Property Law* Appropriate legal qualifications* Strong organisational and communication skills* Excellent attention to detail* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment* Positive, flexible and team-focused approach* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems

* £25,000 - £30,000 salary* Hybrid working following probation* High-quality real estate finance work* Ongoing training and development* Modern Central London office in Holborn* Genuine long-term career progression
