AOG Operator Late Shift Mon - Fri

Our client is looking for Operations professionals who are fully conversant with managing end-to-end import and export movements, with a particular emphasis on exports, across both air and road freight.

Role will involve processing urgent AOG from start to finish working in a fast paced busy environment

Key requirements include:

•Strong import/export operational experience (exports being the main focus)

•Customs entry experience would be advantageous, although this can be taught to candidates with solid industry knowledge

•Excellent communication and customer service skills

•Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer emails and operational requirements

•Familiarity with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments and the associated service requirements

Hours are Monday to Friday 1400hrs - 2230hrs
