Job Description
Our client, a Top 50 Firm, are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Accountant to manage a substantial and diverse client portfolio within their growing North West practice whilst directly supporting the MD with the running of the office.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n-Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term relationships.
\n-Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
\n-Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and implement regional strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
\n-Change Management: Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and regional presence.
\nWhat we need from you:
\n-Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in practice, or significant QBE
\n-Experience: Proven track record in managing client portfolios and leading service delivery across audit, accounts, and advisory.
\n-Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
\n-Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and influencing teams and clients.
