AJ Chambers is currently working with a tier 2 Legal 500 firm, in the City of London. They are seeking a Employment Associate for a 4 years+ PQE. You will be working with high profile cases within the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage a caseload of both contentious and advisory work, with a focus on:
\n
\n - Discrimination complaints
\n - Whistleblowing concerns
\n - Grievance and disciplinary matters
\n - TUPE
\n - Redundancy
\n - Employment issues involving safeguarding
\n - Employment status
\n
\n
Skills Required
\n
\n - 4 years + PQE Employment Law experience in UK
\n - Experience managing work for multiple partners and clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships
\n - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n - Genuine interest in the work, with a willingness to ask questions and propose ideas
