Management Accountant

Media Agency | Central London | Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 WFH) | £40k - £45k

We're partnering with a leading global creative agency to recruit a Management Accountant for an immediate-start, 3-month temporary assignment with strong potential to become permanent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative finance team where you'll play a key role in month-end reporting, process improvements and financial controls, while showcasing your skills for a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Preparing month-end accruals and prepayments
\n
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving outstanding items
\n
• Supporting monthly reporting and financial analysis
\n
• Managing intercompany recharges and affiliate invoicing
\n
• Reviewing and approving purchase orders
\n
• Supporting the Accounts Payable function, including invoice approvals and supplier queries
\n
• Assisting with VAT, tax and statutory reporting submissions
\n
• Supporting internal and external audits
\n
• Managing FX deal requests through treasury
\n
• Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes and controls
\n

About You

\n
• Part-qualified or fully qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA
\n
• Previous Management Accountant experience with strong month-end exposure
\n
• Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical ability
\n
• Outstanding attention to detail
\n
• The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
\n
• Advertising, media or creative agency experience (desirable)
\n
• SAP Vantage experience (desirable)
\n
