This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, managing a diverse portfolio of clients while providing both compliance and advisory services across a broad range of industries.Working closely with partners and senior leadership, you'll play a key role in delivering technical expertise, developing client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the firm's tax offering.Your key responsibilities as the Corporate Tax Manager:\n

• Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance with all statutory deadlines.
\n
• Reviewing and preparing corporation tax computations and returns.
\n
• Providing tailored tax planning and advisory services to owner-managed businesses and corporate clients.
\n
• Advising on matters including group structures, capital allowances, R&D tax relief, reorganisations, and business transactions.
\n
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and acting as their trusted adviser.
\n
• Liaising with HMRC on technical queries, enquiries, and compliance matters.
\n
• Supporting partners with tax planning projects, business development initiatives, and client presentations.
\n
• Managing, mentoring, and developing junior members of the tax team.
\n
• Keeping up to date with changes in UK tax legislation and identifying opportunities to add value for clients.

To be considered for the role of Corporate Tax Manager, you will need:\n

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified.
\n
• Previous experience in a UK accountancy practice with a strong corporate tax background.
\n
• Excellent technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
\n
• Experience managing a client portfolio and delivering both compliance and advisory services.
\n
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
\n
• A proactive approach with the confidence to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
