Bookkeeper

LGS Vision Recruitment are delighted to be working with a very modern, forward-thinking firm of accountants as they search for a Bookkeeper to join their growing team.

Our client is based on the outskirts of Leigh on Sea and they are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join the team on a part time basis.

Role:

• Process and record sales, purchase, and bank transactions accurately in Xero/Sage and other bookkeeping systems.
\n
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure ledgers are kept up to date.
\n
• Maintain purchase, sales, and nominal ledgers, ensuring all entries are properly coded.
\n
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns, CIS returns and expense reconciliations.
\n
• Gathering and organising documentation for management accounts and year-end reviews.
\n
• Excellent communication skills required with clients and colleagues
\n

Package:

\n
• £25,000 - £30,000 (FTE)
\n
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays (FTE)
\n
• 2 / 3 days per week
\n
