We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling high weekly volumes and fluctuating prices. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, organised, and comfortable with heavy outbound calling.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct heavy outbound calling, prospecting both new and existing customers.
\n
• Ask structured qualifying questions to understand customer needs regarding beef products, volumes, and packaging preferences.
\n
• Generate leads for the sales team, targeting approximately 50–100 prospects at a time.
\n
• Support sales order processing and credit control with administration.
\n
• Handle customer complaints efficiently (experience in this area is desirable).
\n
• Utilise the internal CRM system to track interactions and maintain customer data.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Confident and comfortable with extensive phone use, as this is a core part of the role.
\n
• Resilient and able to handle repetitive, high-pressure work.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
\n
• Bubbly and social personality with excellent communication skills.
\n
• Ability to follow clear processes and ask probing questions.
\n
• Open to working in a meat-processing environment, comfortable with the presence of meat carcasses onsite.
\n
• Ideally someone eager to learn and build a career in sales.
