Senior Support Worker – Children's Residential Care Location: Derbyshire AreaSalary: Up to £37,360 per year (including sleep-ins) + performance bonuses Shift Pattern: 1 day on, 2 days off (sleep-ins required) We're looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our family-run children's homes in Derbyshire. • Build positive relationships with young people
\n
• Support daily routines, activities, and appointments
\n
• Safeguard children and maintain accurate records
\n
• Support care planning and manage challenging behaviour using therapeutic approaches
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Level 3 or 4 Residential Childcare qualification (or working towards)
\n
• Minimum 2 years' experience in children's residential care
\n
• Experience supporting children with ASC, mental health, or emotional and behavioural needs
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
